A Blog about our beloved Nats!I am a Washington National fan since they came to town in 2005. Nats9 comes from my favorite number,9, and no current National has the number nine so hence the name of my blog.Timhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16729117630151225205noreply@blogger.comBlogger525125tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5614991620552674390.post-42480460535366313092011-03-20T16:43:00.000-07:002011-03-20T16:58:50.521-07:00Yikes!!! Nats Lost seven in a row!!The Nats started off spring training season with an impressive 10-5, but have lost the last seven to fall to 10-12. I do understand the Grapefruit League means nothing to the real season, but for a team that has been use to losing they need to stop the proverbial "Bleeding".

I think it is important for Nats to end on a positive note these next nine days to leave with a good taste in their “mouth” that they can compete with the others in the daunting National League East.Timhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16729117630151225205noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5614991620552674390.post-5283809583723134092011-03-08T11:25:00.000-08:002011-03-08T11:29:37.902-08:00Not a Bad Start! The season is only is eight days old, but the Nats look competitive. They are 5-3 after eight games. The starting pitching overall look to be shaping up as a team that can hold their own. The offensive has been adequate, but that will take longer. The only real negative I have seen so far t his spring is the inconsistent bullpen. But in reality is that relief pitching is always a crap shot from year to year.

I am hoping we can win between 70 to 81 one games this year. Keep on playing baseball in the Free World!!Timhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16729117630151225205noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5614991620552674390.post-15696755484570458792011-02-17T07:53:00.000-08:002011-02-17T08:01:13.128-08:00Ohhhh the Clear Sweet Sound of FM!!! Baby!!It looks like the Nats are coming to 106.7FM (The Fan). I am soooooooooooooooooo happy!!! I do not have to fight with the AM radio of 1500. I can listen to Charlie and Dave in clarity!!

I was hoping since the Nats came to town that a FM Flagship would be picked up. You can say I am more then Happy!!!

The complete story is from Mark Zuckerman:

http://www.csnwashington.com/02/10/11/Nationals-close-to-deal-with-1067-FM/landing.html?blockID=407873&feedID=280Timhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16729117630151225205noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5614991620552674390.post-21118596725998370862011-01-24T13:41:00.000-08:002011-01-24T13:44:08.230-08:00If I was Jim Riggleman....TODAY!!!Opening Day January 24, 2011

Versus a Lefty
1.
