Dunn votes are in!

Fifty-seven percent of you said that Dunn will not come to DC for less money. We will see! Thanks for you input! Keep Voting!

Time to Move on …Time to get going …What lies ahead I have no way of knowing……

I feel the heat beginning to rise again for the first base job with Mr. Marrero being invited for Spring Training. The old injured vet, Mr. Johnson, versus the young injured pup, Mr. Marrero. What an interesting battle for first base it will be.

Mr. Bowden do you want Mr. Johnson here? It seem like you are sending out signs that you don’t. Mr. Bowden just trade the poor man if you do not want him here. The examples are Mr. Teixeira courting (YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAH), Mr. Dunn flirtations and Mr. Marrero invite!

I believe if you do not want him here just sign Mr. Dunn or trade for Mr. Swisher or Nady. I guess at worst put Mr. Willingham at first base. Let’s get something for Mr. Johnson and move on!

Thank you Mr. Tom Petty for the beginning line!

You say Goodbye, and I say Hello!"

Goodbye to Mr. Sutton and Hello to Mr. Dibble!

I will truly miss Mr. Sutton with his knowledge on the game. He was very good and I learn about the game from him. The best of luck to you back with the Braves.

What I know about Mr. Dibble is with his time with Dan Patrick and Fox Radio. He very much to the point from what I remembered. He even got in trouble being so forthright. Welcome aboard, Mr. Dibble.

NatsFest was a blast!

Hello Fellow Nats Fans!

I was able to get to the last hour of NatsFest yesterday. My daughter and I had a busy day! We were able to get Mr. Mock, Mr. Young and Mr. Dukes autographs! I thought the whole National Park was a very festive atmosphere! Many smiling fans! High hopes even for a 102 lose team!

I was listening to WTEM today and I heard a great deal of disappointed fans. I say have patience grasshopper! Our team is only five years old had to rebuild the whole farm system. Enjoy that baseball is back in DC! Get a taste of our great park, Nationals Park. I love them being in town! I am truly a baseball fan and adamant Washington Nationals fan!

Get ready for you question, pens, shapies, paper, and cards. I am catching Baseball Fever! Be there and enjoy! Thank you Nats! See you at Nationals' Park!

Bargin Shopping?

Hmmmmm...

I think the Nats are just waiting until pitchers and catchers. They are hoping to drive down the cost! They want so Mr. Dunn and Mr. Hudson, but low price! I hope they get pitchers. Mr. Wolfe are listening!!!

Mr. Johnson....we'll he say or will he go?

Hmmmmm...it seems like the Nats are not confident about Mr. Johnson health. The are talking to the A's, but the A's do not want to give up Mr. (Daric) Barton.

Well.....if Mr. Johnson does leave town......

They could put Willingham at first and maybe for the late inning pick up a defensive minded first baseman. For example, Mr. (Doug) Mientkiewicz. Yes, the same Mr. Mientkiewicz who made the final out of the 2004 Boston Red Sox championship! (He also keep the damn ball!)

Who would you want?

We now have some options with clubs not breaking the bank for free agents. The names or Mr. Dunn and Mr. Hudson.

We have the Yankees of Mr. Nady and Mr. Swisher. Even today people are talking what if Mr. Fielder wore the Nationals uniform. What are we going to give up if we do. A outfield and a pitcher...maybe? Would it be worth it? Stay the course?

As the Nats turns! Or as my late father would say..."Only the shadow knows"....hmmm.."Only the Bowden knows"!

After a Week...

Hello Follower Nat Bloggers...

I believe not much is going on in Nat land.

Some grumbling....

1) No more high price free agents. Well....my not that high price free agents! You hear Mr. Dunn or Mr. Hudson? You can play for a reduced price.

2) Mr. Swisher or Mr. Nady might be on there way and then again maybe not!

3) What about pitchers? Hmmmmm?

4) Good news! Mr. Hill might be ready! YEAH

5) Lets not forget....NATFEST! Jan 25 1 to 5pm at National Park! See you there!

Wolfe being hunted?

Well it is about time Mr. Bowden is looking for more pitching. I personally would still like for him to go after Ben Sheets, but going after the veteran, Mr. Wolfe, is OK with me. We do need to solidified our rotation. Game on!

NO BRADLEY FOR YOU!

Mr. Bradley decided the Cubs was a better fit......why? The chance of them winning now over the Nationals. Mr. Bowden face the fact the players aren't coming your way cause of the losing ways. I think maybe if you want Mr. Dunn or Mr. Hudson go after them now since they want to be with you.

Make a Case for Sheets!

Why not sign Mr. Sheets. I know the knock. He is he has injuries questions. But when he is healthy he is a no. 1! Instead of being scared he that he is injury prone, make it advantage. Ask for a 2 year contract and work with Mr. St. Claire. Mr. Bowden bite and go with it! I think you well likely!

Another Day.....

Another Day....

Mr. Bowden what are you doing? Planning? Researching? Is Mr. Dunn on his way to National Park or Dodger land? Will you be able to steal Mr. Bradley from the Cubs? Is Mr. Hudson in sights as your lead off hitter?

Only the shadow knows! I believe that shadow is that of Mr. Bowden!

The Bowden Turns!

Who is Bowden pitching for?

Mr. Bowden are you a card player? We dont know what starting pitcher you want? You said we need more starting pitchers.

You got to know when to hold them
Know when to fold them
Know when to walk away
Know when to run.....

Mr. Sheets? Mr. Lowe? Mr. Perez? Who do you love, Mr. Bowden?
