Nats 8 Brewers 3
The Nats ended their five game losing streak by beating the Brewers by a score of 8 to 3. The starting pitching and offense was on its game to produce a win!
Pitching:
Starter Craig Stammen pitched 6.1 innings while only giving up 3 runs. The bullpen of Sean Burnett and Tyler Clippard gave up no runs in their 2.2 innings of work.
Batting:
The Nats collected 10 hits, and scored 8 runs. The Nats were led by Cristen Guzman, Ryan Zimmerman, Adam Dunn and Ronnie Belliard who each had two hits a piece. Guzman, Zimmerman and Dunn all had homers in the game. Zimmerman also had 3 RBI.
