Phillies Shut Out Nats, 5-0.

Phillies 5 Nats 0

The Phillies scored early and Cliff Lee never allowed a run as the Phillies shut out the Nats by a score of 5-0.

Pitching:

Starter Garrett Mock allowed five runs in the first two innings, but finished up nicely as he pitched the next four innings without giving up a run. The bullpen of Saul Rivera, Ron Villone and Logan Kensing pitched the next two innings without giving up a run.

Batting:

The Nats collected six hits while being shut out! The Nats were led by Justin Maxwell

The Nats dropped to 50-94 and continue to be in last place of the NL.
