Giants beat Nats, 11-7.

The Giants scored 11 runs against the Nats' pitching. Starter Daniel Cabrera did not find his grove by pitching only 4 and 2/3 inning by allowing 8 runs. Reliever Logan Kensing gave up 2 runs in only 1/3 of an inning. Ron Villone did not give up a run in his two inning of relief, but Joel Hanrahan did give up one run in his inning of work.

The Nats' offense was on again. The Nats got 15 hits! Ryan Zimmerman lead the charge. He had four hits including two homers with four RBI. Zimmerman continued his hitting streak to 29 games. Cristen Guzman, Adam Dunn and Elijah Dukes each had two hits apiece. Also, Josh Willingham and Ronnie Belliard each homered.

The Nats drop to 10-20 and stay in last place in the NL East.

The Nats have Jordan Zimmerman taking on the Giants' Matt Cain in SF at 10:10pm.
