Nats storm back and beat Dodgers,11-9.

The Nats pitching was shaky again, but Nats' offense bailed the pitching out again by scoring 11 runs in the last four inning against the Dodgers for a 11-9 win. Jordan Zimmerman had a tough first inning who gave up 6 runs, but allowed no runs in the next five innings. The bullpen of Joe Beimel and Kip Wells gave up 3 runs in 2 innings pitched. New Nat Ron Villone got the victory with by allowing no runs in his one inning of work.

The Nats accumulated a total of 18 hits in the win! The offensive surge was led by Nick Johnson and Anderson Hernandez both had three hits apiece. Ryan Zimmerman, Cristen Guzman, Adam Dunn and Jesus Flores all had two hits apiece. Josh Willingham hammered his second homer of the year. The leading RBI men were Johnson and Dunn who both had three. Zimmerman extended his hitting streak to 25!

The Nats improved to 8-18 and are still in last place of the NL East.

The Nats are in Arizona tonight to take Diamondbacks as Shairon Martis takes on Yusmeiro Petit . The game starts at 9:40pm.
